Yep, sounds familiar - more than one MD ignored my low Free-T levels when my labs were consistently in the 90s!, which is way under the “normal” range of 241.0-850.0 ng/dL. “Optimal” is at least in the higher end of normal, but we’re all different. My “optimal” is mine alone and I can tell the time of day by when by Sx return.

“45 Factor” -- FYI, finding out your “Free Testosterone” level is essential, not just your “Total Testosterone.” Your Free-T level is the amount of testosterone your body has available to use.
