Needles and ampules

Do you have to switch needles when using ampules. I know that when using a vial this is common practice but, is it necessary when using amps.

I wouldn't change needles if i was using an amp.

I do change the needle. Honestly though it is not ever truly "necessary", regardless of whether you use amps or vials.

so what size do you guys use to suck up the test

I am currenty cycling with test e in ampules. I use the same 23g needle to draw and shoot it may take a little longer to draw, but I'm not in a hurry. When using a vial pushing the needle through the stopper will dull the needle that is why it is recomended to change needles

I use 18g to draw from amps then switch to 23g. I noticed that if I hit the glass with the needle it was harder to get in when I went to inject.
