Some comparison pics.
I really like Dennis Wolf

I'm kind of suprised at a few things:
1. Is it me, or is Phil the only top level guy who really came in in shape?
2. Jay is just a freak size show now... Nothing like last year.
3. Kai looks horrible.
4. Branch's delts are freakish, and not in a good way.
Phil is the only one that really looks like he should win the Sandow.
Top 2 are def Jay and Phil.....
I think Jay's legs are sick...... Phil's back is definately thicker and his chest looks better IMO.....
I can't be disappointed with either one winning as I'm a huge fan of both but if I was forced to pick a favorite i'd have to go with Jay only because i've been following him forever.

I'm just glad it was PREJUDGING. If this were tomorrow I'd quit training. Most unexpected prejudging I've ever seen.
Let's all not forget the fact that these guys can completely change over night. Just because Phil came in sharp tonight doesn't mean he'll be just as sharp tomorrow. Same applies with anyone on that stage that's in good or bad shape.
no doubt, people seem to forget that only a year ago Jay went into prejudging so bloated that a lot of people said he shouldnt have even bothered showing up as top 5 would have been a miracle... and how did it actually end up? Epic landslide victory with one of the freakiest physiques to walk on stage if I recall correctly one of the comments
Explain the judging process... I thought there was prejudging, ____________, then the individual routines, and the posedown? I don't recall; never seen one from start to finish before.
Jay just looks way to blocky this year. And If Dennis could ever get his lower half to match his upper, he'd be a freak.
The judging phase of the contest is quite simple: All competitors are graded on symmetry, muscularity and level of conditioning; presentation is the name of the game. You will see all the athletes assemble on stage in number order. The judges will call out selected bodybuilders in ground of three for comparative purposes (Round One). And every athlete - on an individual basis - will be asked to display each of the mandatoryy poses (Round 2): Front double biceps, read double biceps, lat spread from the front, lat spread from the rear, side triceps, side chest and ab and thigh (I think that's all of them). The ever popular most muscular pose is used in posedowns and as an icing on the cake shot to work up the crowd - it is not, however, one of the manadatory poses - that I know for sure. The judging round concludes with a few final call-outs so that the judges can make an informed decision.
In the finals, all competitors perform a free posing routine to music (Round 3);
Following the free posing, the judges make their decision and the complete field is reduced to six. The final posedown of the six top athletes is the endgame in the bodybuilding contest. All that's left after that is the announcement of the final placings
I agree, Jay's waist has got bigger again.
I think Phil is looking very strong to take this off Jay, but who knows!!
Tell you one thing....Irs Kyle probably could beat out Frankenhause...lol
I'm kidding.
I competed against Franky two years ago in the NAs. His legs are friggn phenominal. Plus, dude is one of the nicest guys you've ever talked to. wife, kids, ft job....that's tough.
Jay isnt as sharp as last year, but he can change things overnight, he did last year (well he got better). If he comes in like last year, no one will beat him. I'd like to see Phil win though.
1. Phil/Jay
2. Jay/Phil
3. Dexter
4. Branch
5. Kai
6. Vic
I really like Jay and he is awesome for the sport, but I also like to see a changing of the gaurd to keep things fresh. New faces on the top are good for the growth of the sport.
should be a good one for sure, i say jay gets #1
i'm quite impressed with jay, and i think day 2 will be even better on his part.
What site is broadcasting the o
Details twist. It comes down to the science of hit or miss regarding water retention. Look at the lower back and hamstrings. Not that I'm on the same planet with any of them, but I've drooped from potentially taking the overall to third because I spilled over and held water in my back.
Wolf has the best taper in the sport.
About an hour away from the show!!! Wooohoooo

The only thing those a**holes got right was Branch at third.
The Heath:Cutlet pose comparison wasn't even close.
Complete bull shit.
The list above isn't in the correct placing order
Re-post the correct order then.
Yes, and are you being sarcastic right now?
