    Hey guys! So I'm new here, been lurking in the shadows the past few weeks, what a fantastic informative site on a taboo subject where alot of bull shit information floats around on the internet, gotta say I love the info on this site!

    This is going to be a bit of a longer post, and I'm sorry to bore alot of you guys but I'm seriously looking for an online mentor to varify I'm going in the right direction here.

    Sooo... Bit about me

    I've weight trained most of my adult life, however the last 3-4 years I halfassedly hit the gym, over the last year I've taken it very seriously again and muscle memory worked in my favour lol, however I'm looking to take it up a notch and try gear for the first time to see if the risk vs. reward is worth it for me.

    I'm currently about halfway through building my first cycle, I have been doing copious amounts of research, and am hopefully looking for critique and helpful advice from people with experience since I am a MEGA rookie in the gear world.


    My basic stats
    Age: 25
    Height: 6'6"
    Weight: 263lbs (estimated body fat 27-30%)

    I'm prone to gyno naturally, nothing too severe and the bitch tits all but almost dissappear when I have my body fat down into the teens. I'm also hitting that magical age in life where my hairline is JUST starting to recede a tiny bit *shakes fist at genes*


    Sooo... I've acquired a legitimate source that I trust, and I'm seriously considering doing my first cycle in about mid october. So I'll break down the cycle I'm considering, and then go into training and diet.


    Cycle:

    Test E for 12 weeks at 500mg a week (IM)
    Dbol for first 6 weeks at 25mg a day. (oral)

    I have yet to read into those liver pills, its on my to do list before I cycle and I will probably pick those up as well.

    I'm still continuing to do more research on nolvadex, and currently am wanting to use nolvadex throughout my entire cycle to mitigate gyno as much as possible, and am prepared for it to hinder my gains potentially, however I want to minimize gyno as MUCH as possible. I havent decided on when to begin it, how long to take it, and how best to utilize it in my PCT. So more work / research in that area to go!!

    In regards to estrogen sides during cycle, from everything I've read nolvadex seems to be the best damage control for my situation.

    Also, I have acquired a 4 months prescription of finasteride (propecia) from my doctor that I never ended up taking, and will probably take it during my cycle as yet another safety net for my first cycle.

    I'm veeeeeery nervous about sides, and plan to be as dilligent as possible in their management.




    Training: Arnold's beginner routine from his encyclopidea. I do 4 on 4 off shift work so I've modified the 7 day workout into an 8 day one.

    Chest / back day 1
    Shoulders / arms day 2
    legs day 3
    day 4 rest


    I'm also doing 15 minutes of cardio before and after my workouts whenever I can, I know alot of people say Arnie's workouts lead to overtraining, but my body has been responding fantastic to his split, and I find to get my muscles to grow 3-4 sets for a muscle group just doesn't cut it.


    Diet:

    For nutrition, I am taking in about 300 g of protein a day, eating 90% clean, trying to take in lotsa veggies, no sodium, lots of the bodybuilding staple foods. Drinking lots of water, all in all I'm not calorie counting because I know from past experiences it leads me to failure. I'm honestly just listening to my body, and whenever I am hungry trying to take in a full balanced meal with the majority of my food intake being protein. Its been working so far, and I'm a big boy with a big frame naturally, so i'm always hungry lol.


    Supplements:

    Casein protein in AM and right before bed
    Superpump250 2 scoops, with 1 scoop of cellmass creatine for preworkout drink
    Whey isolate for post workout drink
    Animal pak multivitamin
    Vitamin C
    Omega 3 6 and 9





    Soooooooo.... There we go, I tried to supply as MUCH information as possible, and trying to not be toooo long winded so people actually read it.

    I'm really feeling a whole lot of different emotions regarding my first cycle, I'm nervous, excited, stressed. I can't wait to see what it feels like, and if it really makes me just feel like an asbolute animal in the gym. I'm also pretty nervous about the side effects, and getting really really bad acne. I have a pretty good muscle frame already, and I am a little hestitant about exploding cause I don't want people at work to be like WTF how did you get huge in 3 months. Then again from the sounds of it, cycles don't make you explode they just expidiate the process :P


    Sooo... To anyone who read all of this, congradulations for sifting through my incoherent long winded ramblings!!

    Please let me know if I'm going in the right direction here, if it sounds like I am doing them for the right reasons, and if I'm prepared mentally and physically for a cycle like this! I think I'm ready, but the last thing I want to do is **** something up, Guess I'm looking for reassurance, and to make sure I'm not missing anything huge so far.

    You're bodyfat is waaaaaay to high to cycle. More fat means more converstion to estrogen that mean more side effects, you're already prone to natural gyno so you probably wouldn't see the side gyno comming on till you had a pretty good size lump under your nipple. The thought of having my nipple cut off then having a lump removed then having my nipple sewed back on doesnt appeal to me. You would also be prone to bloat so instead of looking muscular you'd look like someone stuck a waterhose in your backside and tried to fill you up like a waterbed. I'd start by taking a tour of the diet forum here and myself or many others here will be happy to help you put together a lean cutting diet To get that bodyfat down. Then when you get there there are plenty of guys here who can help you put a cycle together. There are thousands of years of combined training and diet knowledge here please take the time to use it

    haha k cool this is why I'm posting !

    My estimated bodyfat is going off what the main guy in "I wanna look like that guy" had as a body fat percentage. I've never actually had mine done. It could potentially be alot lower but I decided to post it at the highest possible to not mislead anyone.

    With proper nutrition, cardio, and diet, would test e / dbol not aid in fat loss during a cycle?

    I'm not fat / obese, I have a bit of a beer belly but at 6'6" 265 I probably have the body build of an average looking 5'10" guy weighing 205 lbs

    Forgot to mention. I'm trying to bulk up lean muscle mass during winter and then my plan was to start melting away the fat layers while tryign to keep as much muscle mass as possible to look ripped.


    For endomorphs isnt it better to build muscle and then cut, and not cut before building muscle?

    any cycle can be a "cutting cycle" well almost. But it would probably be better to get your bodyfat below 16% There's a thread here that will show you pictures of what 16% looks like. I'd spend a minimum of 6 months cutting properly before thinking about running a cycle.

    yes everyone will tell you to lower your body fat. most will say 15% is maximum you should have. and if you do decide to drop it you will just plain feel better about yourself. then if your ready hit the aas and feel even better. good luck my friend

    Ok so I threw up some pics!

    The last one is shirtless, I'm a total endomorph and have wide hips, it sucks balls. The love handles don't help the situation haha.



    Curious to see bf estimates. Keep in mind i'm a tall ass mother ****er haha!

    You are fine.
    Even with your body fat you can get there for 2011 .
    Plan next month or so up for cardio hell .
    Stop cardio before workout .
    Try to keep weights to 20 to 30 minutes after stretching .
    That is keeping heart rate up as much as possible with only time between weights is switching plates or exercises .
    Then do 30 minutes up to 1 hour cardio . More days the better .
    Stay off the scale and avoid mirrors daily .

    It should move you closer to being ready for AAS use .

    Is my BF acceptable to cycle 12 weeks if I took AI's?

    Nolva 20 mg a day and finasteride for hair loss?

    My original plan was to gain some lean muscle mass and then cut in the springtime to be shredded for summer lol.

    Or should I cut a whole bunch, then bulk, and then cut again instead haha.

    I estimate you to be around 24-26%. To be quite honest, you don't quite have the foundation for AAS yet. You're chest to waste line doesn't tapper, No definition yet. The thing with AAS use is, They're not a can of magic beans and they don't do magical things but they do however give you an undeniable strenth gain, a gain that if you're body isnt ready for (mainly your connective tissue, tendons and such) Your muscles will be two strong for them making your more prone to tears and strains. Even on AAS hard work still has to be done, Diet has to be well disciplined, along with resistance and cardio training. Work on your diet and cardio. Just my 2 cents for free

    no ,you do not want to cycle in that sort of shape (no offence) you ned to build a good muscle base and get rid of some fat ,looks like you got gyno or maybe fat around the breasts ,dont cycle yet man ,diet and cardi with a 3 day a week lifting routeen will do wonders if you stick at it.

    lol ok I took your guyses advice to heart, the whole reason why I posted here was because I am a noob :"D

    sooooooooooo my next question, I'm still gonna pick up some gear because I found a 99.9999999% legit pharmaceutical grade source, How long does this stuff keep for? Best to store it away in the fridge?

    I think I can get down to 10-15% bodyfat in 5 months if I'm super super dedicated which I have been for the past year, and then I'll give it a whirl.

    I'm getting 3 vials of test-e, 250mg/ml
    100 letro at 1.25mg a tab
    200 nolvadex 20mg
    and 100 dbol at 25mg a tab.

    I don't want to lose the source while I have it, and worst case scenario I throw away 400$ and never end up doing a cycle but hey at least the option is there right!

    Is there any reason to do 100mg a week of test E during my cut at any phase of the cutting process? Or should I just save the extra test for when I've bulked and want to cut again.

    put it in a dark place away from light, room temp should be good to go for at least a year

    How about a picture then?! We could give you an estimate. Yes definitely the more BF the more sides. Drop to 15% Minimum BF the less the better and check out the diet forum prior to cycle. Your eating habits will dictate how you build and how you retain once your off the cycle. Good luck.

    OK about all those guys who are telling you NO. LISTEN to them. You will do more harm than good if you do ANY AAS cycles right now. Listen to what Dont wanna be old said. He is correct. You need to learn to eat/diet (NOT EATING LESS) but learning what to eat and when to eat it. Learn to exercise, cardio.

    Dont get stressed about this. Look at my profile pictures from 3 years ago. I was right around where you are. DONT use any AAS until your body is ready for it or you will regret it.

    Just save the test.. your body naturally produces more than 100mg a week.. so all you would be doing is shutting down your natural production.. your proposed cycle is fine but get you BF down.. even if it is 16 or 17 you would be fine..

    If you want to cut the fat quickly, ask your source for clen That is a prescription thermogenic that will MELT the fat away.. my buddy lost 2 stones (28 pounds) in two months on it... and he only weighed 195 to start out with..
