Countering the side effect of clen.

I have done my reading i just want to make sure i bought the right stuff.

I bought the only 2 bottle of Taurine that Gnc had.

And i bought some potassium gluconate 99. Which has 99mg of potassium gluconate per pill.


Will the potassium gluconate work and what dosage should i take.

Stats 205-210lbs
6'3"


I want to do this as safely as possible so if i should buy something else just let me know.

I never had to take anything else while taking clen and I never had a problem, once in a while I would get a small cramp in the foot or leg but nothing a banana and some water didnt cure.

I taking the safe route. Im gonna take 3-5mg of taruine a day a multivitamin, and potassium. And drink 1-1.5 gallons of water.

Yes, you can and should run cardio.. this is probably the most minor substance you can do.. the over the counter pro hormones are worse for you then Clen.. all clen does is raise your body temp by a few degrees.. so you get the shakes and sweat alot.. basically feel like you have the flu with out being tired.. You have nothing to worry about.. you wouldn't be able to withstand doing enough of this stuff in order to do any kind of damage.. and if it is too much for tyou just stop taking it and you are back to normal in 36-48 hours

Cool deal. It just seemed like this stuff was bad and could screw you up. I have read that it will deplete your taruine and potassium level in your body and could harm you pretty bad. I run pretty tough cardio 5-7 days a week and work out 5 days a week. While im cutting. What kind of body language am i looking for.

Not everyone expereinces those side effects from CLENBUTEROL.

Definately keep cardio but not at ridiculous intensity. 60-70% of you're max hr is your goal for cardio. Max hr=220-age. Just remember, listen to your body if you find that the sides are managable taper up.

Cool it should be here tomorrow. So hopefully it will speed up my fat burning but if not im still losing weight the way it is so. Ill get there one way or another.
