keep us posted on how youre doing. I'd like to know what kind of gains you get with just an additional 100/wk. With your height/weight, if you save your sheckles and can swing a cycle of 300 or more/wk you'd pack on some serious poundage....if your strenght quickly increases just be mindful of those tendons, it sucks having major elbow/shoulder/knee irritation on a cycle..good luck
