Seriously, I am on 3.5cc EOD. Pinning Quads, Delts and Glutes. I only want to hit the same muscle once a week. I tried to throw in biceps, but of course the second time hurts just as bad and now my arm is useless. So bis and tris are out of the question (both injects were 1cc). I am about to try my chest, because I heard it's not bad. I want to keep the pain as bearable as possible as it is already a combination of EO based oils.
So what's left? Traps and Calves aren't too appealing right now...
