WHat is an acceptable amount of water to sip on through the day without affecting condition ?
10oz ? or just sip as needed is there a strict amount ?

There is no right answer. This is where you need a seasoned eye and some experience.
^ x2 You just need to play it by eye, especially have someone else there to watch you. It's hard to judge when your emotions are running high during a show, so having someone there to watch you definitely helps.
I'm a big fan of the shitload though, ...good luck!
my understanding is absolutely as little as you can get by with...
but after having just done a show, i REALLY agree that objective eyes would be a VERY good thing to have on hand through the whole thing.
None...if you are shtloading stay away from water...eat couple of icecubes if you absolutely need some H2O...XXL
What about getting water from high moisture fruit, like watermelon?
I thought as much guys, only if im gagging will i drink !! lol
listen to Mike....i didnt touch any water till the night show... a few sips of red wine during pump up helped tho....
