    broke shoulder and stuff on a flying fox..got a 12cm metal plate over the bone now haha

    took me a long time to build muscle again

    great results man. did you cycle carbs at all (like on a CKD), or just straight "atkins style" keto for 15 weeks?

    Straight keto. During first month or 2 protein was only in form
    Of tuna egg whites and shakes

    Wow! How was your energy level? I know people react differently, but when I tried a keto-based diet, my energy seemed low and I had a tough time pushing hard in the gym. It looks like it wasnt a factor for you - how'd you do it?

    energy was absolutely terrible

    cept with the help of a little AAS and ALOT of caffeine i was able to push through it

    i took aroiund 400-600mg of caffeine before my workouts..i remember some days i would drive to gym...get there and b to exhausted and turn around and drive home.. was very hard

    Excellent results man, I literally was in awe lol. Lots of respect to you. Im currently 190 lbs, about to run a 10 week deca, test and EQ cycle, im at 18%bf and i can only pray for results like that! lol

    im entering my 16th week i think now of straight dieting...having a cheat meal once every 1 or 2 weeks....

    fix the diet and everything will follow
