Everyone is 100% right. Eat better and improve your routine. Check the other sections, do some reading, and take it from there. If you need some help post up your current diet and routine, I'd be glad to provide my input, and I am sure others would help out as well.
AAS at 19 is a risk; but AAS at 19 when you know nothing about it, is just asking for severe, long-term trouble.
I just want to second this. There are TONS of people here who help each other and will help you as well. It's just that they are not necessarily going to let YOU be in the drivers seat. You have to remember you came here looking for help (indicating you need help and don't know what to do already and on your own).
Welcome! Three years ago I was a 300 lb tub of lard who was hopeless and thought he could never change. Now I'm about 260 and that's not simply 40 lbs of fat loss, it's a lot more fat loss than that and then muscle weight added. And I'm 43 now so I'm no spring chicken.
I wish I could snap my fingers and make every young person patient.
