I'd try and work on my pecs if I were you. Try to do everything with dumbbells. Make sure you squeeze every rep.

Thanks for the feedback guys! i am definitely working on the pecs, mainly upper chest is where i think i really need to improve. i'll try and gets some leg pics up asap. i switch my workouts up every 3-4 weeks so it's always different i'll put down how my diet is somewhat but i won't write out the amounts as it does change
meal 1 - oatmeal, eggwhites,
meal 2 - tuna, wholegrain bread, peanuts
meal 3 - chicken breast, apple, salad
meal 4 - whey protein, banana, chocolate milk (post workout)
meal 5 - extra lean ground beef, brown rice
meal 6 - egg whites, and some other type of protein

Currently my arm's workout is 3 sets per exercise..lower reps 6-8. For bi's I'm doing seated dumbell curls, close grip cable curls with a short straight bar, and hammer curls. Trics i'm doing pushdowns with a V bar skull crushers, and close grip bench.
I ran a 10 week test cyp cycle at 500mg pct was nolva and aromasin...took 5 months off then did test cyp 600mgs with deca 400mgs for a 12 week...ran adex throughout cycle and nolva, clomid for pct. currently 2 weeks past pct and holding 202lbs. And ya i've had random people just straight up ask me what steroids i take lol. "sorry don't do that" haha
