how's it going jim?
So far so good! eating 600 calories above my normal meal plan and 3 weeks in feeling great, Strength is up and have gained about 2.5 pounds. Right around 1 pound a week is what i was looking for as i want to stay lean and just put on as much quality muscle as possible! i would rather sacrifice a little as oppose to dieting it back off later!
