    I am 29 years old and stand 5'7" and weigh 170 lbs. I am genetically a very skinny guy and it probably didnt help that I was a drug addict (amphetamines) when I was in my early twenties. At one point I weighed only 127lbs and was embarrassed to take my shirt off in public. My wife (girlfriend at the time) convinced me to clean up and I began to feel a lot better, so as a new years resolution for 2005, I decided to take up exercising to get in shape. I was very impressed with the way my body adapted to it and began lifting seriously the next year with weights that I had picked up at various garage sales. Last year I joined a really good gym and I just cant seem to get enough of it. My goal is to put on another 15 lbs in the next 3 months. I have never really considered myself a bodybuilder since I am still too small, but I do admire them for their dedication and hard work. I would love to give a competition a try once I pack on a little more weight.

    Been bodybuilding for 2 years, had to stop for 4 months though due to a fractured ulna and some ugly bursitis in the broken arm's elbow.

    I started bodybuilding because i got out of H.S. in 2003 and weighed 160lb. i played soccer my whole life and i was tired of being skinny even though i was ****** lol. Joined 24hr and got a job working at a supp store and it has pretty much become my life. I have done some ph's but never a real cycle. I think this im gonna do my first cycle this autumn. Bulk up and see where it takes me.

    I have been working out for 21 years. I did my first cycle my senior year in college and have done 4 more since then.
    I love working out for the chicks of course, and also for the health benefits and feeling of well being.

    Currently bench 295
    Squat 415
    Deadlift 385.



    My goals are to reach 8 % bodyfat while at least maintaining my weight...although I would like to get to 230 at 8-10%.....lots of work to go but I focused and disciplined.

    Since Ive been on this site I have lost 2% of my bodyfat through all of the diet and training forums and advice from the vets. Plan my next cycle in 2 months...still researching exactly what I will be running..

    I'm 6'5 250lbs and i have about 18% body fat..I have been working out for years and no achieved a considerable nice strength and body... I am aiming to get more weight in next 6 months...

    im 27, 5'5" 210 guessing 20% bf. always done over counter stuff, come feb i believe i'm gonna start a cycle. i started lifting young, in middle school. I was the short fat kid, and weight lifting changed that, and gave me attention from the opposite sex, which i liked.
    i have much respect for all you guys, takes a lot of hours in the gym every day. if it was easy, everyone would do it, so keep up the good work.

    Lifted on and off last 10 years.. No gear..

    I was a bean pole when I was younger ,, wrestled 125 in 8th grade at 6ft 2.
    I can not keep myself motivated , its always been my problem..
    I have have 1 friend who is a pro and a couple who have done some shows , and they say I must have good gentics ,and a good frame.. If I get on a diet and stay on a progam< I just start puttin on mass fast.. 1 day maybee Ill get motivated to stay on a program more than 2 mnths.. Id say my best parts r my arms wich Ive had up to 19 3/4 and my calves wich are 18 1/2 and have a nice cut without me havin to do anything..

    Why I love Body Building? Sometime around 1976 or 1977 I saw Danny Padilla on stage going head to head against Robbie Robinson on a bodybuilding show, I believe it was on HBO when I was 10 or 11 years old and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I wrestled at 98 lbs through my sophmore year of high school and have always been a hard gainer. Been out for a year after a pec tear and back in for 5 wks, 3 days, 22 hrs and 29 mins

    2 years ago (almost to the day), I was 255lbs and around 35% bodyfat. My wedding was planned for July 09' and if I was EVER gonna get in shape, this was it... this was my last chance for serious motivation.

    I've always been interested in BBing, just too lazy to really follow through and commit to it. My father was/still is a bodybuilder, my mother was a serious bodybuilder and still a personal instructor to this day. My mother worked in different gyms for years when I was younger, so I basically grew up in them as i'd go after school and stay there until she closed the place.

    I'm nowhere near my current goal yet (200 - 210lbs, 10% BF or lower), but it's a work in progress. I have 5-6lbs of fat left to lose, and then 10-15lbs LBM to gain, so it will take years - but I don't plan to stop anytime soon!
