BF %, not sure what the exact # is, but I believe I have one of those calipers around here somewhere so I can get that. I am not fat but I am not lean and all cut up. I would like to shred some fat to lean out.

Been lifting on and off since I was in high school, up until about 4 1/2 years ago where I have been going to the gym at least three days a week religiously.

Since I started going to the gym routinely 4 1/2 years ago I have put on about 25lbs of muscle, I was always stuck at about 165lbs. But now I am touching 190 +/-

My goals are mainly to add around 15lbs of muscle and lean out a bit, so that I am a little bigger but cut up also.
