Anyone ever get these crazy lower back pumps from Test Cyp? I was doing squats the other day and after the third set my lower back was so pumped I could only go down halfway for the rest of my sets!

Never experienced pain pumps from Test only cycles. Any other compounds in the mix? They may be the culprit.

Never had pumps with either but plenty of people have in my experience through forums and in real life. What dosages are you running?

Lowering the dosages of both a tad bit, in conjunction with magnesium, calcium, and potassium with plenty of water and routine stretching all may help out a bit.

LOL. Why did you not mention the Winstrol originally? All orals have a tendency to cause some wicked pumps.

i get bad back pumps from winny and dbol
both orals get me bad

Well I got them around the same time in my last cycle with Test E, Deca, and Dbol.. So I just assumed it was from the TEst but I guess it's just from the orals.
