Well I did another 75mg in my left calve with a bit of pain because I hit a nerve. My right calve didn't bother me all day yesterday except for having a slight pump all day long, no pain, just a slight tightness. I did chest and back last night. I went heavy chest and warmed up on bench for 2 sets and than did 275 for 12, 315 for 8, 335 for 6, and 335 for 6 more (left shoulder was hurting and I was nervous to go any higher). I moved on to incline where I did 225 for 10, 255 for 8, 275 for 8 (6 with 2 assisted lifts) and on to decline 225 for 10, 255 for 8, 275 for 7, 295 for 6. Than I did dumbell flys which hurt like a mother!

I followed that up with back (no deads) and used moderate weight, slow very strict movement and am sore as hell from that. I may start doing this instead of going balls to the walls heavy. Weight is stuck at 241. Keep ya'll posted...
