I used to be that guy, 6ft 150lbs soaking wet looking like I had noodles for arms and legs.

2 years later of good eating and lifting and I'm 185lbs.. I'll admit it's a daily job to eat enough to make my body keep the 185 due to my fast metabolism but if it was easy everyone would do it right?

Starting my first cycle soon, going to up the food and run 375mg a week of test, hope to put on a solid 10-15 and keep something after a proper PCT.

Anyways.

FOOD FTW!
Agreed. I started out at 6’3 185 @ 21 years old. By 28 I was 275. NATURALY. Although I certainly fell out of the single digit body fat %, I could still move 4 plates on bench, dead, and squat. I’m now in my first cycle and will attest that the diet is still absolutely the most important thing.
I don’t even believe the BS about a hard gainer now. If you cram enough quality grub down your throat and rest when you should. There is no doubt a person will put on considerable size and strength.
