    My next big thing

    So here is what I’m runnin as well as diet..first I’ll start with diet.


    On my Legs and Back Day (CARB DAY)
    Meal 1: 2 cups dry oats/ 2 scoop whey/ 6 egg whites

    Meal 2: One chicken breast/ 2 cups brown rice/ 100% brown mustard

    Meal 3: One chicken breast/ 1 large yam/ 100% brown mustard

    Meal 4: one can tuna/ 2 scoops whey protein

    Meal 5: 1 pound lean beef

    GYM then 2 scoops whey after

    Meal 6: 8-10oz lean steak and two cups broccoli



    On my low carb days, Chest, Arms, Shoulders
    Meal 1: 2 cups dry oats/ 2 scoop whey/ 6 egg whites

    Meal 2: 2 Chicken Breasts/ 100% brown mustard

    Meal 3: 1 chicken breast/ 1 large yam/ 100% brown mustard

    Meal 4: One can tuna 2 scoop whey protein

    Meal 5: 1 pound lean beef

    GYM then 2 scoop whey

    Meal 6: 8-10oz of lean steak and two cups broccoli



    ON CYCLE
    Wk 1-10 600mg’s of test prop
    Wk 3-10 400 mg’s of tren ace
    Wk 1-10 25mcg T3 at bedtime
    Wk 1-8 Var 100mg’s ED
    Wk 3-PCT Aromisin EOD
    Wk 1-10 ECA Stack

    PCTWeeks 1-4- 40 mg Nolva per day
    Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomiphene per day
    Weeks 1-5 1mg Anastrozole per day
    Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
    Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
    Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG


    I’m around 235 now with about 7% BF…25yrs old…6’3”.

    Cycle exp: HGH, IFG, TREN, TEST, DECA, EQ,CLEN, VAR

    You've done a lot of compounds to only be 25. IMHO you could probably still grow at lower doses but i can't say anything bad about the cycle. The PCT looks like a little much. i like nolva at 40/20/20/20 and clomit at 100/50/25/25 especially with the HCG you're running I would run the HCG on cycle to prevent atrophy at a lower does starting around week 4 through PCT, Check out swifto's Q&A on PCT in the PCT forum. Have you had bloodwork done? How long since your last cycle?

    Last cycle was mid june: I've thought of runnin HCG during but I plan to run Aromi during instead..from what I've been told this is suffice..am i wrong? I wont have HCG at my access till about week 5..you suggest I start at week 5? I'll check out that thread as well.

    My goal is to get LEAN LEAN LEAN...Not looking for a bulking cycle as Im sure you can tell.

    I am also doing 2 tbs of natty peanut butter before my work out and again before bed.

    From my diet and my goals etc etc...does this sound like good? Any suggestions?

    ols... how many times aweeka re u going to do the tren? remember its fast acting .. you have great back development!! and look in to alubuteral maybe for the shorter half life for Intraworkout!!..i.e. ur Grandmas asthma inhaler!! each pump is i think 90mcgs..four pumps during ur workout out will ignite and incinerate u fat!! and increase ur Vo2 Max!!

    Tren is EOD and PM me about this alubuteral stuff...never heard of it

    I posted my diet in the diet section the other day and the first comment I got was that I did not have enough carbs in my preworkout meal, Your diet does not any carbs within two meals of workout, you might want to post this in the diet section and get some feedback since I am only parroting what I heard.
