So here is what I’m runnin as well as diet..first I’ll start with diet.
On my Legs and Back Day (CARB DAY)
Meal 1: 2 cups dry oats/ 2 scoop whey/ 6 egg whites
Meal 2: One chicken breast/ 2 cups brown rice/ 100% brown mustard
Meal 3: One chicken breast/ 1 large yam/ 100% brown mustard
Meal 4: one can tuna/ 2 scoops whey protein
Meal 5: 1 pound lean beef
GYM then 2 scoops whey after
Meal 6: 8-10oz lean steak and two cups broccoli
On my low carb days, Chest, Arms, Shoulders

Meal 6: 8-10oz of lean steak and two cups broccoli
ON CYCLE
Wk 1-10 600mg’s of test prop
Wk 3-10 400 mg’s of tren ace
Wk 1-10 25mcg T3 at bedtime
Wk 1-8 Var 100mg’s ED
Wk 3-PCT Aromisin EOD
Wk 1-10 ECA Stack
PCTWeeks 1-4- 40 mg Nolva per day
Weeks 1-4 100mg Clomiphene per day
Weeks 1-5 1mg Anastrozole per day
Week 1- 4,500 iu HCG
Week 2- 3,000 iu HCG
Week 3- 1,500 iu HCG
I’m around 235 now with about 7% BF…25yrs old…6’3”.
