even if it is your first time you should stack it with some d-bol(20-30mg/day), and add some deca(300-450mg/wk) at least so you will have a good cycle(as far as gains) and have some water in your joints seeing that you are goin to be lifting weight that you never thought possible. but thats my opinion.eat like a horse and try to drink between 1-2 gals. of water a day. good luck bro.
