this is approximately 50 grams protein, 80 grams carbs and 15 grams fat, and about 600 calories
I see, before u wrote 50g fat, makes sense now.

The problem with eating fast food every day it can become expensive, so it might be hard if money is an issue.
Eating lots of pasta sounds like a good idea.
