well it's 3200 with my real weight (not LBM) i think it's more accurate at this point because i can't evenguess my BF% atm
im post PCT ( 2 weeks of nolva) ) and it looks like im starting to gain more fat unlike when i did the pct
should i start slowly drop to 3200 cals with the macro you gave?
