Hi ,friends . i am 30 years old. now 1.80 tall and 83 kg.

i started body building 4 years ago. i want to make more muscles , so i want to take anabolic. give me information please. best regards.

12 weeks program.

every week : 500 mg testesteron propionat + 400 mg Primobolan depot

Pct: 20 mg tamoxifen /days


Ps: i have to ask ,can i inject every week 400 mg primobolan in one time , or i have to inject 4 days in week?

Planned PCT is not enough. For a test cycle it should be Clomid at 100/50/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/20/20.

First cycle should really be test only. Adding another compound raises the risk of side effects, but you will not know which compound is causing them. If treatment is required to alleviate them that can be problematic because certain side effects can be caused in different ways by different compounds and the treatment is not the same.

You body fay looks to be acceptable, probably right around the 15% max that most guys will quote you. However, I still feel you can do a lot naturally. You are almost 6' tall and only weigh 182 lbs. My brother is your height and after training for a year is 192 lbs at similar body fat. This leads me to believe that your diet is not in proper order. If your diet is not in order steroids will not add muscle to your body because you still need the building blocks to make the muscle in the first place. After four years of training with proper diet and supplements you should be an easy 220-230 at 15% body fat. Since you are not there I have to suspect that either diet or training or both are not where they need to be. Without those components taking steroids is a waste. You will not see much in terms of gains, and what you do see will fall right off you after your cycle ends. My advice would be to check out the diet forum and get that squared away first. Steroids can help push you past your natural potential, but they are not some magic compound that takes the place of proper diet and training. Those two are still where 90% of all gains are made, even while on a cycle.

You only get to do one first cycle, and it is where the most gains will be made. Consequently you want to maximize the effect of that cycle. That's why I'm giving you honest criticism and being frank to the point of maybe sounding like a bit of a jerk. Don't take it that way, because I'm not being a jerk; I'm helping you to see the whole picture instead of just one very small part of it.

I want to ask when i have to start tamoxifen ? i heart when i feel Gyno i have to start Tamoxifen . its true? because i know my body , and i know after two weeks i feel gyno. so i have to start tamoxifen or clomid? and please tell how much protein i have to take?
