Confused with AI TYPE I

hi! i'm a little confused about the AI TYPE I. I read that Type I (suicide inhibitor) attaches to the aromatase enzyme and permanently disables it.

Is this true? If it's true, then why many bodybuilders or many thread i've read they dont suggest much about AI type I? i always see letro or arimidex suggested in many threads.
Also, based of what i've read, the type I dont have a rebound effect maybe because it will completely/permanently disables the aromatase enzyme.

So which is really the best AI? TYPE I or TYPE II?

Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor and beats the hell out of Adex and Letro. You must be reading old threads, since Aromasin has only been available for a few years.

No. Not at all. Adex only temporarily binds up individual Aromatase enzymes.
Aromasin permanently binds to each one, but your body will eventually create new ones. Your body can't produce new ones quickly enough to cause a rebound effect when you come off it.

Nolva is SERM. AI is different.

to answer your question, i would use AI like arimidex, letro and aromasin. ( guess what i have found here in philippines about aromasin. im going to start a new thrad about this. hehehe )

Letro is alot more powerful than arimidex, can hinder gains alot.
