Can you use one word to describe each of the members you are most familure with?
For example.
I could say:
Cal = Chubbychaser (compound word I guess)
KP = Tricepless
Marcus = Huge
etc

in 2008 my heaviest was 235 @ 25%ish bf, and could not put any more weight without getting fatter.
now, i'm 205 @ 15ish% bf, and been this for 6 months now. if i add weight it's all fat. still getting stronger just not bigger.

question. have i reached my natural potential?

Is it your natural potential ? Maybe but you have to realize once you reach a certain point LBM takes longer and longer to obtain. Start measuring gains each year instead of 6 months.

Best was at 180 lower BF. The eating and $hiting really became too much for me. My body naturally likes to get at 155-160.

You look good at that weight. Remember i am only 5'6. When i was eating to get to 180 i was literally shitting 5 times a day. My a$$ would get sore from wiping all day. After a few months of that i said @%$ it im done. Maybe as i get older my metabolism will slow down a bit which will allowed me to put on weight a little easier. I could run a cycle and blast past it but for what ? I'll face the same problems i did in the past when i come off. I am not the type of person who wants to have to live off gear to keep gains. I am took young for that right now.

How old are you? I noticed a huge drop in metabolism right around 29... hate having to work out to stay lean

More weird Shiat going on in this forum today....
I posted on the Justin Beiber thread and when it posted it posted ahead of the previous post I had placed. Not only that, but when I posted it, the thread didnt go to the top of the posting threads like usual. also I have attempted to post and it says that I havent waited at least 30 seconds when in actuality it was minutes later. then it says it didnt post cause I didnt wait 30 seconds when in reality it posted anyways. And the time stamp is keeping time like a Chinese watch from Walmart..Whoa Nellie this place is haunted today..........Either that, or Justin Beiber is online again.
