Hello fellow forum membersI'm an ectomorph from Brisbane! Nice to meet you all.
I've been lifting for about 2 yrs, and even though I strive to have efficient, intense and well-targeted full body workouts, I see no results. I have tried protein, creatine, high-protein, as well as supplements to complement training, but it doesn't seem to work. It's not a matter of not changing things up, I follow conventional wisdom, others advice, but nothing seems to work.
