Should I be taking something besides TEST on my first cycle?

It's Test cyp not E. but I guess they are pretty much the same thing. When you say ADEX, is that Arimidex? It will take me a few weeks to have it shipped, so I'll have a good 3 weeks during my cycle and 3 weeks after my last shot is what is recommended before starting PCT. Is there a guideline anywhere that I can follow if I want to throw in some Arimidex and HCG? I want to make sure I'm doing everything exactly as I should. Thanks for your help guys, it's much appreciated.

In that case, don't bother with the Adex. But you should definitely get the HCG (along with Nolva and Clomid for PCT).
Depending on when you get the HCG, just use the whole 5000IUs spread out so that you last shot of it is 3-7 days before you start the SERMs. 2 shots per week.
And you only wait 2 weeks after your last shot of Cyp to start PCT, not 3.

Clomid: 50/50/50/50

I know some veterans who have been doing it for 20+ years, they only do test cyp and clomid for PCT, that's it. These internet forums are the only places I've seen that said to do more.

even though this is an internet forum understand that most peeps besides the parrots are giving advise from there own real world experiance and a lot of peeps here are infact veterans of the game....its really your choice... ive only done the nolva/clomid protocol for pct in all my cycles and have recovered quite quickly with it....again its really up to you but id advise not being cheap with your pct cus its a vital part of any cycle imho...good luck...

Yeah. mgs per day for that week. Each slash mark separates one week from the next.
