    Dinner for girl

So I have met this girl two times and tomorrow she is gonna sleep at my place. I'm gonna make something for dinner but I don't know what to make. I'm not that good at making food. I mostly cook food that is easy to make like rice, potatoes, chicken, pasta, meat etc but nothing fancy.
So can you give me some tip like idea on what do make?

man, its not even the dinner, make sure dessert is awesome

but yah. I usually cook italian (I am myself)... its easy and carbs put a woman in the mood. Comfort food man. Im actually making a big tray of lasagna tonight after work to bring to supper, I like to use egg noodles.

If you are unsure of making dessert, just go buy something. Stick with the Italian theme and pick up some Gelato... stick with some chocolate mousse or maybe grab some smooth vanilla or a couple different ones to try. You could go to the grocery store and pick up some frozen lava cakes (chocolate cake with a chocolate pudding center) you thaw them and serve warm but make sure to serve with good vanilla or maple ice cream.

Italians the way to go. No garlic bread tho. She will be self conscious about her breath and it may keep her from doin the dirty. We all know the dinner is not the most important part here anyway.

Here's a dinner that'll land you HUGE points...... assuming she likes everything in it.

Make some mushroom raviolis and put a tablespoon of butter in the pot until it melts and coatse the raviolis. Put them on a plate and cover them with arugala (lettuce) - marinade sliced red peppers and portobello mushrooms in a balsamic vinagrette salad dressing. Roast them and place over the top of the Arugala. Grill some chicken breast and slice nicely..... then place over the peppers and mushrooms. Get some mozzarella balls and put them over the top and then pour some balsamic vinagrette dressing over the top.

Portobello mushroom salad = anal sex (except if ur cooking for my wife)

Make this and thank me later.

    Lobster Spaghetti
    1 x 1.25 pound Lobster
    6 oz dried Spaghetti
    2 fine chopped Garlic Cloves
    1 shallot fine chopped
    2 oz Dry White Wine
4 oz tomato sauce store bought is fine
½ mild Chilli seeded and sliced thin
2 oz vegetable broth store bought is fine
    2 oz chiffonad Basil
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Salt
    Pepper

    1. Place the tomatoes, chilli, onion, garlic and butter in a heavy-based pan and cook over a moderate heat until soft but not coloured. Break the tomatoes up with a spoon as they cook. Season with pepper, add the wine and cook slowly until the wine has virtually evaporated and the tomatoes have caramelised. The sauce will be quite chunky in texture: if you prefer a smoother sauce, pass the mixture through a sieve or mouli and return to the pan.
    2. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the spaghetti and oil and cook till al dente.
    3. Take the lobster meat and cut into small medallions or bite-sized pieces.
    4. Drain the pasta in a colander and transfer to a warm serving plate.
    5. Add the cream to the tomato sauce and bring to the boil, add the lobster and toss to warm through. Do not overcook at this stage.
    6. Pour over the spaghetti, scatter over the basil and parmesan, drizzle with the oil and serve immediately with a crisp green salad

I have made this without the chilli pepper and used regular basil from a spice rack and it tasted great still. I also use whole wheat pasta. It tastes great and looks nice on the plate if you stack the slices of parm in the middle. Drizzle it with a ittle oil and it makes the colors stand right out. This is an easy recipe and it will look like you put a ton of effort into it. I make this every couple months for my girlfriend and she still can get over how great it is.

I grill alot like steak and chicken, but if you can cook pasta and chicken make chicken parmesean, its easy and taste great and who doesnt like spaghetti and chicken lol. I think it depends on the girls personality and what they like. My girl loves a bunch of easy to make foods. For her birthday I cooked:
    Chicken nuggets
    Macaroni
    Broccoli
    Texas Toast
    French Fries
then bought the little prewrapped cheese sticks and almonds and some other stuff haha lots of random good tasting stuff

NO woman wants to romp around after a big meal. She has gotta feel good to move "forward."
Keep the meal simple and light.
NO garlic. No onions. No Anchovies.
