the "standard" i konw is clomid 50/ed x 2 weeks, with nolva 40/ed x 2weeks ... then drop the clomid to 25 for 2 more weeks, and the nolva to 20 for 2 more weeks. just what i've seen around.
also. the hcg is a prescription thing, and i don't thiknk that UGL-quality stuff exists, just the humangrade- so arr wouldn't have.
if you decide to go with an internet source, you can validate the gear by squirting the mixed hcg on a preg. test... although unless you have a trusted online source, i'd be wary of being ripped off imho
