I'm wondering if someone could pm me the list of sites that are down. It could be that the sites are still online, but due to your geographical location or ISP access to the sites are no longer permitted. China, Australia, the Russian Federation, parts of Central and South America and some European nations have passed major legislation recently regarding internet censorship which suppresses access to tonnes of websites. This has also been the case for Canada and USA, but not to a large degree. If those sites are censored, they can still be accessed through a VPN or a transparent proxy. There is a way around everything.
