I'm 31, 6ft 1in (1.84m) and weigh in at only 155lbs. I know I have low testosterone levels and my bones are pretty thin. I've been on the weights for a while now but to no avail! I am aiming to bulk up whilst keeping my training going, thus improve my self-consciousness about my weight! Wow - this must be what therapy is like! lol. Any ideas on dosage would be appreciated. Thanks.
