At time I had some weird dreams. It is expensive. Just take calcium and magnesium at night for better sleep. Zinc throughout the day but make sure to not mix with vitamin D supp.

I've been taking ZMA for a few months now, and I've noticed a much deeper and relaxed sleep. When I'm only able to get about 5-6 hours when taking three caps 45mins before bed, it feels like I've slept for 10 hours. I use "Cheap Supplements" brand ZMA which works great, IMO.
