Pre work out drink.

I am looking for a good pre work out drink. I have been using Jacked 3d but it makes me crash hard after a couple hours. Anybody have something better? I think I would rather have something without caffeine.

Caffeine is in most pre workouts. If you don't want it then just take some arginine.

I take 3 grams arginine and drink an energy drink about an hour before I lift

10g of BCAAs
10g of Creatine
1 bottle of gatorade
That usually does the trick for me pre-workout

Arginine Beta Alanine Creatine and Adderall. It basically whats in Jack3d minus the caffeine. Yes 1,3 Dimethylalanine is a psycho stimulant (like adderall) and is actually a banned substance in most professional sports...

+2 having my cup of joe right now. Gives me energy and clears the deck in the morning. Your biggest mistake is the mindset that you need to take something to get you through your workout. Will power.
