LMAO.. yeah TR good thing you edited that I was gonna call you a big mongoloid...baby deer(fawns) don't have antlers. can you imagine a doe trying to squeeze out a buck with a rack, that would tear that snatch up. or breast feed with their rack in the way

as the bucks develop over the years they start to grow a rack so every year they go into velvet to allow for new growth then when its rut time they scrape it all off aginst a tree or whatever make sure their tines are all exposed to prepare to battle the other bucks for the poontang...

so they shed the velvet every year as their rack grows...basically fawn with spots, to button buck, to spike(brow tines only), then every year they start to spread out growing more tines... bigger buck= a lot more velvet.. so it would behoove a velvet harvester to have big bucks around and not slay the babies..
