Do a search on google. I had a similar thing happen a couple times while pushing on leg press, except it was on the back left, lower part of my head. Just dont push to hard for a week or two and it should go away if its like what i had.

I took today off. Maybe I will rest for a few days. It just sucks when I fell like my workouts are taking off. You know how things plateau, or gains are slow, most of the time, and then one day you walk up to the weights and a heavier weight feels lighter, and you feel great while working out and can really notice the difference for a couple of weeks? It comes in spurts for me, and this was one of those spurts, so this is really bad timing.
