When i say cardio before working out i dont mean full out run tell i feel like puking and im sweating my ass off. I just do a slight job on the eleptical tell my heart rate gets up then i start my work out. Like i said before right now im just trying to lower my BF% im not to worried about strenght and bulk tell i lower my BF%. I use to be 220lbs at 15BF%. I want to get below 15bf% before i start up this cycle. I know cardio before working out drains you but i do not kill myself before i work out. I do that in my morning run.
