one final questions before making my decision...

Im 40 eyars old, my nutrition is very clean. When ever i tryied to bulk up, eating more carbs made me bloaded, ive tryied numeros gainer, without sugar etc, but it hasnt never met my expectations...

My training is 3 day 2 body part a day, i do 2 other days, one is jump training and the other some sort of MMA conditionning..

Now if i take test E or C (which one would be your best choice), should i expect to bulk up whitout gainin fat and retaining water (creatine has that effect on me big time)..After cycle, is novaldex a good choice ? Also, i have never injected, therefore im a bit concerned about that aspect...

I basically wanna get wider, more muscular, but i want my waist to shrink a bit, cutting a bit of body fat..is 3 day bodysplit enough ?
