yes many times. the problem i have is with this:

Esterification of an injectable anabolic/androgenic steroid basically accomplishes one thing, it slows the release of the parent steroid from the site of injection.

So if its only purpose is to slow the release of the parent steroid (being testosterone), and not the activity, then i still don't see it.
Prop still yields the same free steroid as enanthate. I was under the impression that to make a less estrogenic steroid, than the molecule itself must be changed.
