no way of telling by sense if u get blood in the syringe youve hit a blood vessel either vein or artery your suppossed to discard the medication but thats crazy this is done in hosp and medical facilities to avoid complications or lawsuits just pick another spot and inject.. anyway you shouldnt be hitting blood vessels if u get your spots rite easiet way to explain without getting to technical is to divide your buttcheek into 4 eaqual quadrants and inject in the upper right hand for right cheeck and upper left foe left cheek but remeber before injecting draw back jst the slightest bit agaion if u hoit a blood vessel ull get blood DONT! inject if u hvnt u wnt get any blood not even a litto

ok i understand you'll get blood but will it be driping out or i actualy have to pull back the plunger, that wht i want to avoid it's not so hygenic to reinject sucked blood id say.Ya when I inject i look for teh proper area y actualy reveiw many times vidoes and spot pictures for that.

a litto dripping out when u pull out the needle is fine...yes u hve to pull back on the plunger to make sure u hvnt hit a blood vessel...none wil drip out the sides of the needle if thts what ur asking

I don't think there is anything unhygienic about reinjecting a little blood that got in the syringe when you asperate.

nothing unhygenic there man jst clean with alchohol in a circular motion getting progressively bigger going outward not back and forth only prob ull hve with blood in the syringe is if u dnt inject it rite away it might coagulate and then u hve to discard ur gear
