no way of telling by sense if u get blood in the syringe youve hit a blood vessel either vein or artery your suppossed to discard the medication but thats crazy this is done in hosp and medical facilities to avoid complications or lawsuits just pick another spot and inject.. anyway you shouldnt be hitting blood vessels if u get your spots rite easiet way to explain without getting to technical is to divide your buttcheek into 4 eaqual quadrants and inject in the upper right hand for right cheeck and upper left foe left cheek but remeber before injecting draw back jst the slightest bit agaion if u hoit a blood vessel ull get blood DONT! inject if u hvnt u wnt get any blood not even a litto
