The guys that have experience with tren. Will a dose of 250mg a week work effectively on someone who has never used it before? In other words is it sufficient to see any gains? Does body wieght have any effect on how much one should use? thanks

250mg of tren would be like 400mg of test.. basically.. i wouldn't run just 250mg of tren though.. run a bit of test with it too.. yes weight matters but not directly proportional.. i.e. someone 140lbs would necessarily do half as much as someone who is 280lbs.. but probably more around 2/3rds.. a lot depends on how you react too.. i have guys my size who have to take twice as much as i do to get the same results.. despite training and eating the same thing.. additionally.. someone doing the same dose as me might get gyno, where i won't.. it is not as easy as weight x mg = dosage..

No it will be my second. Anyway age soon to be 40, 5years training the last 2 serious. Diet is on track now since I have learned how to. weight 170lbs I know its light but I am only about 5-6 tops. bf 13% last time I tested.
I would run tren ed, actually I do run ed. Less sides more effects. You can run 125mg eod vs 50ed. Guarantee you'll get more from the ed dosage. That being said I wouldn't go less than 350wk.
