Billy I'm pretty sure I was doing everything right from the diet to the training. On an average day i would eat one can of tuna 5 eggs 1 gal water. chicken, lots of fruit and vegetables 3 protein shakes a day. And lots of food in between, and clean food. I didnt touch one beer, havent had a soda in over a year and a half and not a taste of fast food. I would also lift 5 days a week, very consistent and hard. There was not much else I can think I could have done.
Anyways I wanted to do var and eq alone because I want to try something with no test in it. Thanks for the input.
