No, don't shake HGH at all. No matter what phase it's in. If you want the HGH to mix well gently tip the vial on it's side and let the fluid roll down the side gently. If you do that a few times, gently, the HGH will mix well.

You never have to shake hgh! Shaking it can ruin the peptide.
