Hey everyone
New to this and new to the thought of steroids
I really need some help and advice cause i dont want to mess this up and i have a feeling the way my buddy is going he may be
So heres my story
Im 26 fairly active non smoker
ive always gone to the gym, played hockey and football
but i never really ate all that healthy and i drank
im irish it was hard not to drink its practically all we are good at
anyways
so july i started getting serious
gym is 5 days a week now
i went from 200 to 193 and realized my goals changed i wanted to just get big and strong as opposed to having the beach body
i have quit drinking and im eating right. i do sneak in the odd burger here and there but my meals are chicken and pasta snacks are grapes and almonds breakfast is oatmeal
i am now back at 200
im 5'11
26 years old
id say my body fat is 16 to 18
i have a bit of belly chub
i want to know what would be best to start off
i want to cut down a bit for summer
ive worked so hard and would like to show off the results
what could i do to eliminate the belly fat and get stronger
im not looking for a lot of water retention i dont want something that will just be gone when im done
now my friend went to a mutual acquintance and asked for help with this
hes 5'11
182 lbs
his problem is he isnt lifting as much as me and wants more definition
so to keep up with me he went and got him self tren and im not sure what kind
i have read that isnt the best thing to start off with even though he was gonna start with half the recommended dose
i just need some help here guys
what should i be doing and what should he be doing
