Benadry or Keto with clen/t3 cycle?

How much of either and when do you start taking it?

I have search for a while just cant find a straight answer. Some say 1mg every day. Some say 2mg every day. Some say to take it on the 3rd and 4th weeks.

Also i will have ECA stack on the off weeks. So if I take keto every day does that include the off weeks?

ketotifen 1mg/day and take at night because it will make you drowsy.

There's no reason to have off weeks if you take ketotifen.

I have not seen a cycle of clen/t3 and no off weeks. Does anyone have a link or can show me what one looks like

I have been taking keto 2mg per night...no wonder I have been running out so fast....

Depending on how long you run the clen or albuterol you might want to jump up the ketotifen to 2mg/day.

I have been on keto for about 2.5 weeks now. I feel a little groggy but not real bad. I sleep very very well so I dont mind feeling a little groggy. I haven't missed my 5:00am cardio yet...
