wow that kinda high isnt it? I mean I've never done eq or sust before. All I've done is a deca/dbol/primo cycle and a deca/winny cycle. I thought maybe 300mgs/week of eq and 250/week of sust. I just dont wanna go to crazy with my first test cycle.
