research pinning, read the stickies in this forum, and there are also many websites about intramuscular injections. and you tube videos. easy to find. where do you wanna inject??
glutes at least 1 inch, and quads 1 inch. 1/2" inch is only used in areas such as lean delts, pecs, calves, abs, etc. It's an uncommon size and procedure, generally used by those that do multiple weekly injections
