Yes, and there is no need to break it into two shots. You can take the 1cc once a week. Deca is long acting so injecting once a week is the same as injecting twice. The only reason you would need to inject deca more than once a week is if you were taking high doses and couldn't do it all in one shot. Bro, it's good that you are asking questions before you start but you can find all these answers if you just do a search. You WILL need clomid for after your cycle. It's up to you if you want to run nolvadex throughout your cycle. I personally run nolvadex just to be safe. Remember, bitch tits are irreversible. Do some research, after that post a cycle thread which details what you will be taking for your cycle, I.E. what kind, how much(mg), and how often. People will then be glad to critique it for you. No one is going to lay everything out for you, you have to research for yourself. Good luck.
