Well you are quite lean but you definitely have room on your frame for more muscle. Keep up the good work.

^ Agreed your lean, gives you some room to bulk, but please LEAN bulk, there is no need to add fat while bulking, hit the diet section and work out everything there for a lean bulk. Fill out your frame with lean muscle

thanks fireguy.. my legs take forever to grow!!! i was in a crowd that never did legs so got stuck with them but have broken out of that within the last 6 months and i am hitting them hard! just changed into doing lower reps and more sets for my legs! sound good to get them up to speed? maybe twice aweek??

try to stay lean while gaining, it will save you a lot of work in the long run. a tip i always give some who are looking to bring up legs is to stick with squats and leg presses, 7-8 sets of each each leg worout has made mine grow pretty fast. use lunges and extensions towards the end

thanks vishus, its legs day today so ill let u know how i go. 6-8 sets (8-12 reps) on squats, 45deg presses and extensions thats for quads anyway.

thats perfect, thats all you really need for quads. be sure to do around 5-6 sets on the leg press too, go light on extensions and just work on squeezing the muscle and filling ur quads up with blood as much as possible. hope this helps, looking forwardto seein if your quads will grow

You REALLY need to bring the tan (or lack there of) in your legs up LMAO

overall - you look good man. Just add overall mass and try to keep proportionate.....

thanks haz.. appreciate your input!! as for the legs hahaha, ive never been to a tanning salon in my life and dont wear budgie smugglers down the beach so the wheels dont not see the sun very often.. but if i want to start doing comps i may have to start.

its been 2 sessions of legs now at 5-8 sets per exercise and they are seriously already growing. but they are taking forever to recover!! they kill for a good 4-5 days.. is this because my legs are not use to the intensity yet? or should i buy some recovery supps to speed up the process as i have to play football/ train etc and my body will not be able to handle this inhilation??

p.s thanks everyone for ur comments

In my opinnion you need more overall mass and legs are lagging.

look great man.. you definitley got the whole "beach body" thing going on.. Only thing i would recomend is incorporating some wide grip pull ups (or downs) to get your lats a bit ofa wider look giving the illusion of more of a V shape.. as your waist is small and a bigger back will make you look even better.. also.. why no pics of the wheels???

Looking good, staying lean while gaining size is the real goal i would imagine for you in the future, if you do that you will be on the right path. Good stuff
