I would just do the 9am and 9pm.
Var has an 8hr half life, no need to complicate it more with the noon dose.

An evening dose of var has never affected my sleep.

2x/day is fine. 40mg/Day, however, is very low in my opinion. I'm in S Florida, I've seen a lot of people using var to get ready for the beach. While I won't say nobody ever gets results from a dose that low, it's much more common to see results on a dose upwards of 60-100 mg/day. I've tried it both ways.. got nothing out of 50 mg/day, got great results at 100 mg/day.
I know it's expensive, but it's even more so if you don't get the results you want.

$ is not the issue, and I can get as much as I like.
It´s just kinda the same with my Dbol kickstart. I used 20mg ED for 30 days, and got a real "kickstart". gained 10lbs first 10 days. Even though some guys said 20mg is a waste.
However, u guys have a lot of knowledge, so what if I bump to 60mg, split 3xday? I really don´t want to go higher.

60 is better than 40, and some people will respond to it better than others. Maybe you will luck out with it and get awesome results. I would go a little higher, but if you aren't comfortable with it, by all means don't do it. 60 mgs/day is about the minimum I would consider doing or advising anyone to do. Any lower is a bit of a waste.

Agreed 60mg/ED is much better. I've run it up to 100mg/ED, but honestly 80mg seems to be my sweet spot.
