Good stuff. BP should not be ignored & is paramount in Men's health. My TRT Dr. had me purchase a BP monitor to use at home. It's an OMRON wrist model which is pretty accurate (we tested it against office readings). He has me send him 2 week Blood Pressure Logs consisting of AM & PM readings. My pressure is now perfect/low in the morning, but I'm still averaging 135-140/80-85+ during PM hours & he wants this down even further. For meds I'm on a combination of Atacand & Chlorthalidone which seems to be working good after the latest dosing adjustment.
