such a shame it needs so many flours to make...my wife has celiac and pays 4 bucks for a loaf of frozen bread...but gladly pay before keeping all those ingredients

Yeah, I guess you are right, so I would look in the organic area? But I didn't get a answer on, if this bread is ok for cutting, I guess I would take it in my morning with my eggs or oat? maybe at dinner if it is ok then?Originally Posted by jpkman
